seafarers – 16, Hugo Vihlen

ugo Vihlen set two records in crossing the Atlantic, one in 1968 on his 1.8 m boat named April Fool. And he crossed the Atlantic again in 1993 in a smaller boat, 1.68 m, the Father’s Day. People usually go to sea on big boats, when the boat fails, they move on to the little life rafts. So the very clear logic here is that: smaller is safer, isn’t it!? 😬
